Happy Birthday!
Heute ist ein ganz besonderer Tag und wir freuen uns sehr! Denn heute feiert Uwe Marburger, einer unserer Geschäftsführer, seinen 60. Geburtstag!
Der gebürtige Essener absolvierte zunächst seine Ausbildung als Verlagskaufmann bei der WAZ, bevor er mit der Chemieindustrie in Berührung kam:
1988 fasste er Fuß bei der Transol Chemiehandel GmbH und arbeitete dort bis 2002. Während dieser Zeit eignete er sich ein breites Wissen insbesondere über chemische Rohstoffe an und knüpfte Verbindungen mit vielen Geschäftspartnern von Europa bis Asien, die noch bis heute bestehen und weiterhin aktiv sind.
Zusammen mit Volker Windhoevel gründete Uwe Marburger 2002 die Arpadis Deutschland GmbH. Hieraus wurde dann nach Umfirmierung zum Jahreswechsel 2021 und Neuausrichtung die WE Chem geboren.

Today is a very special day with a very happy occasion! Uwe Marburger, one of our managing directors, celebrates his 60th birthday!
Born in Essen, he initially graduated as a publishing saleman at the WAZ (a local newspaper) before he came into contact with the chemical industry:
In 1988, he set foot at Transol Chemiehandel GmbH and worked there until 2002. During this time, he acquired a broad knowledge, especially about chemical raw materials, and was able to tie up
relations with many business partners ranging from Europe to Asia, which still endure today - and continue to be active.
In 2002, Uwe Marburger and Volker Windhoevel founded Arpadis Deutschland GmbH. This company transformed into WE Chem after a reorganisation and change of name at the turn of the year 2021.
So we wish you all the very best for your birthday, many more exciting years and always lots of success and health!

What a nice picture and good Transol memories . Actually we met in 1990 and have spend good time together in Europe and Asia . .
